Shipping coverage

We currently ship within the United States. Destinations, carriers, and any restrictions are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address you provide; please confirm it is correct before completing your order, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Handling and processing time

Orders are typically prepared within a standard processing window of a few business days after the order is accepted. Processing times are estimates and may vary with order volume and lot availability. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination. Estimated timeframes shown at checkout are not guarantees.

Packaging and handling of the chemical

Materials are supplied as a lyophilized solid and are packaged for safe transit of the chemical. Where appropriate for a given material, we use protective and temperature-conscious packaging, including cold-chain or insulated shipping, to help preserve the integrity of the dry solid during transit. This packaging concerns the safe shipping and handling of the chemical only and is not guidance for use of any kind.

Each shipment includes the materials you ordered along with their associated documentation. Handle all materials in an appropriate laboratory environment in accordance with applicable safety and disposal requirements.

Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies each lot, documenting compound identity and lot-specific analytical results from independent third-party testing. The COA for your lot is available with your order so you can verify the material you received.

Order tracking

When your order ships, a tracking number is generally provided by email so you can follow your shipment with the carrier. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, contact us at contact@pepta.xyz.

Returns and refunds

Because these are research materials, integrity and tamper-evidence are essential. To protect the chain of integrity for every lot, opened, used, or tampered materials cannot be accepted for return, and research materials are generally considered final sale once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, contact us at contact@pepta.xyz within a reasonable period of delivery, with your order number and photographs where applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This is a template policy; specific return windows, conditions, and any applicable fees should be defined and reviewed before use.
